"I used to do most of my shopping at Morrison’s and switched to Iceland about three years ago. The home delivery is a must for me. It is so easy to shop and get my delivery later. The staff at the Crystal Peaks store are great. If I ask for anything they are all very helpful and because I am there every week I like how friendly they all are to me. Also when I tell people about some of the different products they are amazed as they seem to think all items are frozen which of course they aren’t. Good quality for a good price."

"We were served today by a lady I think was called Alison, she was absolutely amazing and I cannot thank her enough! We were in a situation where our bill came to more than what we could afford and we were more than prepared to put an item back as it wasn't by much (just over £1 I think) but she refused to allow us to do that and offered to pay the difference, such a kind gesture really meant the world to us, I am extremely grateful and it has restored my faith in humanity! She really was a star and showed so much kindness towards myself and my children, I promise to pass the kindness on!"
